At Redeem Recover, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Personal care and skincare devices

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For assistance, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
